Description

Brushes with diamond (DIA) filament material are suitable for applications that place particular demands on the aggressiveness of the brush. They are primarily used on materials with high material strength.

Plastic filament withstands temperatures up to 220 °C.

Excellent for medium-duty hand-held or automated brushing of workpieces with large surfaces.

Advantages
  • The special design enables bunching to create wide gapless rollers. This enables a uniform surface finish to be achieved.
  • Highly flexible, enabling optimal adjustment to the workpiece contour.
  • Abrasive grains are embedded in flexible plastic filaments, which means that the filament works on the sides as well as at the tip.
  • Can be used with all commercially available stationary drive systems and bench grinders thanks to the variable hole diameter.
Recommendations for use
  • Please observe the recommended rotational speeds.
  • Use coolant for applications where large amounts of heat are produced.
Ordering notes
  • Please order adapter set AK 32 separately.
