The following sections provide answers to questions you might have regarding the PFERDSHOP. If you have any further questions, we would be pleased to assist you personally.

Registration and login
How can I register in the PFERDSHOP?
- To register for the PFERDSHOP for the first time, click Login next to the search bar.
- Now select the option Create Account Now to access the registration form.
How can I log in to the PFERDSHOP?
- To log in, click Login next to the search bar.
- Now enter your e-mail address and password on the left-hand side.
- Confirm your entries by clicking “Login” or press “Enter” to enter the PFERDSHOP.
What can I do if I have forgotten my password?
- Click “Login” .
- On the login screen, select “Forgot password” to reset your password.
- You will then receive an e-mail to set a new password .
How many users can register?
- Any number of users can register under a customer number.
Can I order products from PFERD without logging in?
- If you do not log in, you will not be able to place an order in the PFERDSHOP.
- Our retailer search and the “Buy at retailer” function are available as alternatives.
Orders and deliveries
How can I see whether an item is currently available?
- Go to the item in question and select the “Check availability” function.
- You will now see at a glance whether and in which calendar week the item can be shipped.
- Your shopping basket also shows the availability of each item.
How can I reorder an item?
- In the “My Account” area, go to “Shop Orders” .
- Click the shopping trolley icon after the relevant order.
- The entire order will now be added directly to your shopping basket.
Why can I not order a particular item in the PFERDSHOP?
- If you searched for an item but did not find any products, please use the Quick Order function.
- If the item you are looking for is still not displayed, please get in touch with the relevant point of contact in our Customer Service team.
Can I provide a different delivery address when placing an order?
- Yes. Tick the “Save as recurring address” option if this address is a recurring delivery address for your company.
- We will gladly save this address in your customer data for you.
Where can I check the status of my order?
- You can view the status of your order in the “My Account” area under “All Orders” .
Where can I track my package?
- Once your package has been shipped, you can track the shipment by clicking the link under “All Orders” in the “My Account” area.
How can I order a custom-made product?
- Enter the material number or EAN of the custom-made product using the Quick Order function.
Can I access my order confirmation/invoice again?
- Yes, you can do this. Please go to “My Account” .
- You can download all the documents relating to your order from there.
How can I change or cancel my order?
- If you want to change or cancel your order, you can only do this by phoning or e-mailing your point of contact.
How can I order spare parts?
- In our online spare parts cataloguewe have compiled all the information about every PFERD drive.
- A few clicks is all it takes to select the spare parts or spare parts kits you need, add them to your shopping basket and order them online directly from PFERD .
How can I request a quotation?
- At the end of the checkout process you have the option to request quotations for the items in your shopping basket.
- You can view and accept your quotations in the “My Account” area.
My item has been on back order for longer than was stated on the order confirmation. Where can I find out more information?
- Delivery times may change. To find out more, please go to “My Account” and then the “All Orders” tab.
- If the delivery times have not been updated there despite the back order, our Customer Service team will be pleased to assist you further.
Where can I see my customer-specific prices?
- After logging in you will find the price that applies for you on the relevant product page.
- When you check out, your current customer-specific prices are also always requested from PFERD and shown in your shopping basket.
I have registered in the PFERDSHOP but my individual prices are not shown. Why is this?
- On the day you register, you will only see the list prices. All of your customer-specific prices will be available the next day.
- You can already place orders on the day of registration.

Payments
What payment methods can I use to pay in the PFERDSHOP?
- Payments can only be made by invoice.
How do I redeem a voucher code?
- You can redeem your discount code in the order overview in the shopping basket under “Voucher Code”.
What can I do if my voucher code does not work?
- Please check whether your discount code is valid and whether all the terms and conditions for obtaining the discount have been satisfied.
- If this is the case and the discount is not being applied to your order, please get in touch with our Customer Service team.
Services and features
Can I also find and order products using my own individual customer material number?
- Yes. You can use your customer material number to order products using the Quick Order function or directly in the shopping basket.
- Please note that your number must be linked to our material numbers in the system beforehand.

I maintain my items and requirements in an Excel list. Can I use it to place orders in the PFERDSHOP?
- Yes,
simply use the
“Quick Order”
function.
The “Quick Order” function offers you several individual ordering methods:- Order by copying and pasting.
- Order using the item number, EAN or your own customer material number.
- Order via a CSV upload.
- To this end, upload your Excel list under “Quick Order” .
- Please make sure that your list contains both the item numbers and the corresponding quantities .

Can I scan the EAN code on my PFERD tool in order to obtain further information?
- Scan the EAN code on your PFERD product with your mobile device to quickly and easily obtain further information about the product.
- To ensure we always provide the best possible user experience, we regularly optimize the additional features in the PFERDSHOP for the various operating systems.
- If, however, no results are shown after scanning the product, you can also search for the relevant item directly using the EAN number.
How can I find the best tool for my circumstances?
- Our product finder guides you to the best tool for you in just a few steps.
- You can use the detailed filter to quickly and easily select our products based on the application, material you will be working on, technical properties and matching drive types.
How can I calculate fits and tolerances?
- Here you can calculate fits and tolerances for shafts and holes based on standard tolerances and limit deviations in accordance with ISO 286.
- The calculator has been tested, but no guarantee can be given for the accuracy of the results.
How can I calculate the ideal rotational speed?
